Henry Castillo was exceptional. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our small business supports a hospital supply chain. Due to our busy schedule, my wife nor I were able to swap out our rental for the repaired vehicle on Friday. Henry delivered our repaired vehicle and took back the rental vehicle for us.
