I had a wonderful experience with Service King. Brian was excellent. He kept me informed and finished the repair on time. Aesthetically, the repair is flawless. The lady that answered the phone and works at the desk is a joy to talk to. She has a smile in her voice and meeting her in person was just as well. The other gentleman that work there were kind and helpful to everyone that walked in the door. The lady that helped me with Enterprise was just a pleasant.
I’d recommend that my experience be shared with upper management. I dreaded having to deal with this situation and had to reschedule several times due to my work schedule. However, the whole team was understanding and let me know that they were willing to accommodate my needs.
I will recommend this location to anyone that is in need of service.
