There was still a dent from the wreck in the trim where I was hit. You are having to order the piece of trim and I have to COME BACK for it to be installed. Unacceptable!

The car has a tear in the door panel. It was not there when I dropped it off and they had it off to perform the repair. The guy working the desk told me to call back and speak with a manager. I just picked it up and they are closed. Hopefully they will make this right.
