They take for ever to fix my truck almost 5 weeks I never ever come back to fix any other car,I'm so disappointed ???? I going to let the insurance know that way they not recommend this place

Just came from the grocery store and I tried to open up my hatch door and the door did not open.. so I had to put all my groceries in the back of the car. Once home I tried to open the door again and it took me 10 minutes to open the door, so you can say I'm very very unsatisfied.

The service engine light is now on. Someone was in my trunk. If I hadn't needed to place items in there, I wouldn't have known. There was no reason to be in there. Someone is supposed to call about the engine light but it should have been taken care of before I had to pick up the car.
