My vehicle was dirty when I came to pick it up. Had to wait extra 30 minutes for service to clean it. Also i had front end damage that was repaired, when I opened the hood the engine was very dusty from the front end repair work... I have to have the engine clean....

My son pick the car up and was headed to Houston and the car broke down on side of road, I told him to get tow truck to tow it back to Service King so Ronnie will see it in the morning when he gets to work but I have to say say Ronnie did an outstanding job keeping me informed about the progress of my car, I don't know why the car broke down tonight but overall Service King has been awesome and I know that they are going to figure out the problem because Ronnie is a guy that aim to please
