The inside of the car had a strong odor that gave 3 of us a headache.
I had to take it back immediately to finishing fixing a prob... And its still not right.
First time there that work was not up to par.

Car was delayed due to defective parts. On the morning the vehicle was due I received a text stating that everything was on schedule for pick up in the afternoon. If anything changes I would receive a phone call. No phone call in the afternoon so I left work a bit early in order to get to the location before 6 pm only to find out the vehicle wasn’t ready because one of the parts was defective. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PHONE CALL?
Additionally, after picking the vehicle up I discovered the splash guard wasn’t installed. It was simply left in the floorboard behind the driver’s seat. I can’t take time out of my schedule to return the vehicle to this SK location, so I’m not sure how it will be installed. Maybe someone from SK should come to me on my schedule. Simply rediculous that a body shop can’t reassemble the vehicle correctly.
If I need auto body work again, I will seriously question whether I use Service King or someone else. This is sad, because I’ve been a big champion for SK in the past. Not sure I’ll do that anymore.
