Yes! The repairs were perfect! I did have to get the DM involved though... the first Service King in Mesquite off of Highway 30 gave me the runaround... I’ll never take any of my vehicles to a Mesquite Service King again. Ever...
Dagon has Exceeded my expectation of customer service from Service King. Every Service King location could use his attention to detail and ability to get the job done and make it a positive experience.

When I went to pick up my car from service king the door handle was incorrect my service provider Bobby Lee said he would get it fixed and will give it to me on Saturday all new and done he called me on Thursday telling me that the problem was with the wires inside the door and that was a pre-existing problem the only thing is that service king bought used doors so technically that is a problem that service King needs to repair and they are but I was made to go pick up my car on Saturday and I would have to bring my car back on a day that y’all are open so my car door can get fixed and I can’t take off work I told Bobby Lee this before I picked up my car he never answer my text you never answer my questions . Another thing when I go above 40 miles an hour my car has air coming in through the door and it’s look like they got the pieces of my old car and smashed it to fit into the new car I am not happy with the quality of service that service king provided.
