My service advisor Sandra was great! She kept me updated on the whole process and made sure to get my approval on even the minor details. My vehicle needed a good amount if repairs and some of the parts were hard to get but Sandra made sure to work it out. Also Rich? Was very helpful when I originally dropped off my car. I have never been in an accident or had body work done and I must say hat I am very impressed with Service King.

I'm still hearing clicking in the front when I make turns. I don't know if its the axels or what. I never heard this before the accident. When I was hit, I was hit into a curb. The whole car jumped the curb, so I have to assume that this caused the clicking. I asked service king to check this the day I dropped it off.

Everyone was wonderful so I hate to say no but my only hesitation is the joint where the back panel connects to the side panel. It doesn't connect perfectly and painting is slightly noticeable at the connection. Sandra said those parts don't always join perfectly but it seems like it should. She was great and the communication was excellent. I just wonder if it could have been less noticeable though it really is minor.
