I can't over emphasize the high quality of service that I received. Of all the multi industry vendors, I would not have expected a fraction of the service level that I experienced. First off, having to take my car in after being in an accident and related insurance claim, Is not a naturally positive and joyful experience. However, I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism, empathy, execution, detail, attitude and relationship management skills possessed and manifested by both Amy Woods and Douglas Thompson. Both of them were extraordinary. I'm presuming they are natural but I also presume that both Service King and Geico are 100% in sync with one another. From the back office to the service staff. It's rare and I am so impressed I'm making time to complete this survey, which is also rare.
