I got my explorer back last night with a door ding in the passenger side rear door that wasn’t there before. I wiped the white scratch off with a wet cloth mostly but the ding is very easy to see and I have a picture to prove it. The actual repair that your Shop performed was poor also. There is a line of what looks to be clear coat overspray on the hood right above the repair and it is coarse to the touch and should have been easily noticed by someone who does paint and body for a living. I am not allowed to almost do my job correctly, why is Service King ? This whole process has been an inconvenience from not getting the insurance company the proper pictures at the beginning to the poor work performed and the new ding in my car. Who is responsible for quality control at your shop and how do they keep their job? I’m very disappointed in Serving King!!!
