We arrived right at 5:30 pm and I know that you close at 6:00 so we were trying to not hold your staff too long. We were tying to expedite the process, but felt as if we were being herded out the door. It was immediately apparent that the drivers side door was not shutting correctly. My 18 year old son noticed it as soon as we walked up to the car, yet your techs failed to notice. It was a quick 15 minute fix after we pointed it out. Unfortunately that wasn't the only problem. After leaving the lot we had to proceed IMMEDIATELY to a gas station because the vehicle was on fumes. I didn't expect a full tank but at least a quarter or half a tank would have been appreciated. What would that have cost you? 15? We decided to leave the car in the Kroger parking lot while we had dinner with my husband because the car was acing strange. The dashboard lights were not illuminated even though the headlights were on and my son said there was a strange whining/moaning noise and a weird shimmy
In the steering wheel. After dinner my husband examined the car and found that there is a short in a wire under the dash and that no one bothered to refill the power steering fluid. It was bone dry.
You guys have done work for us in the past and we have been very satisfied. I was very disappointed this time however. And I have to say since it's my son's car, who is a new driver, it made me worried to allow him to drive it back home this evening. Very, very disappointed in the overall service.
