Dear Service King,
The Service King in Kingwood, TX located on HWY 59, should be recognized for its outstanding service. Starting with the ladies at the customer service desk, to my case manager, Alex Cessner, to the men and women repairing the vehicles, and even including the Enterprise representative, there wasn't one employee who wasn't kind, courteous, and professional. My impression was that the employees at this location truly loved their jobs, payed attention to the "small" things (i.e. Alex Cessner made sure his customers cars had windshield sun guards up to protect the cars and customers from hot cars, in this 100 degree Texas heat), and sincerely cared that their customers walked away happy. I sure was happy!
