Although I was satisfied with the work, I'm not satisfied with the completion time of the work. I received several text the completion would be on a certain date but, because of an error in ordering a part the completion date was push out twice after I (the customer) called the shop. After speaking with Jennifer the part had not received by the shop. The car is was scheduled to be transported out of state so I could not wait on the missing part. I was told the part ( toe bar cover) would be mailed to me. Had all parts been checked and inventoried initially the completion would not had been delayed.
