I am satisfied with my repairs, the AWESOME up to date communication and friendly customer service.
The only small thing with my experience is when I picked up my car and drove home, I noticed my driver side floor Matt was missing. I will follow up on Monday, to get the floor mat back.

The team was very fast I thought it was going to take two weeks they got it done in six days. Bill Presnell was my Service advisor, He had an upbeat attitude and gave me confidence in his abilities and his teams abilities to do a great job. I am not dissatisfied at all!! When I picked up my truck they had washed it and gone through the trouble to wipe the glass inside and out as well! I wish service king was a full-service auto shop so I could take my truck back there anytime I wanted!
