Unfortunately this is the second time I've had to bring my car in within 6 months. But I brought it back cause the first time was a great experience. Vincent kept my husband and I in the loop for the most part. No problems encountered.

There was a paint/ clear coat ridge of imperfection that I noticed on my first inspection. Brandi had to take the vehicle back into the shop for inspection and a rework, I feel that whomever inspects the repairs should have seen this right away, and it should have never made it out of the shop. I had to spend extra time waiting for the rework and worrying if I was going to have to get in line to get another rental car.
When being notified that my car was ready , and paying for the repairs, it took at least 20 minutes for it to appear. Was it not ready and they were finishing up.
I feel that when you state that it was ready, it should be a quick in and out. Bring the vehicle out, inspect, do a once over with the associate and be done.
Total time waiting was excessive. Many customers came and went while I was still waiting.

My service advisor Caleb Purvis was extremely professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and delivered my car before it was promised, and it looks great. The young lady at the front desk, her name is Nicole is super personable and very professional. I appreciated her taking the time with me whenever I called or was actually in the facility. I noticed that she was the same way with all of the customers. She treats customers like they're the only ones there!
