Service King Euless

Very satisfied with the work and customer service provided by the team there. Special thanks to Fabian for providing updated and helping my wife with the whole process.

I feel like the repairs were done well, however after leaving I noticed that the gas tank cover area was not repaired correctly. I can push on it and it pops open without it being unlocked inside the car. I will be calling to follow up on this and a possible seat belt issue as soon as they shop opens on Jam 2nd. Also, I appreciated the updates but the updates told me that my car would be finished on Jan 11th. Yet a day after one of these updates (yesterday, 12/30) I got a call saying that my car was complete. That's no problem, except I got the call less than 2 hours before the shop closes for the day while I was still at work over an hour away. I have a rental car through insurance so I did not want to be charged extra. This was stressful as I was unprepared. Thankfully someone at the shop told me I could bring the car in the next day before 1pm and not be charged an extra day. I'm still concerned that I will be charged, and also this happened right before New Years. I had intended to go out of town (which is very good that I did not), and if I had been out of town the lack of notice before my car was done would have been a big issue. However, even with the issues listed above I am not completely dissatisfied. The repairs done correctly look wonderful. My only concern is having to bring it back again for additional repairs, and this time without a rental car.
