Everyone was great. I’ve always had good service from Service King. Unfortunately one of the reflectors on my new bumper has fallen off. A kind man in a parking lot pointed it out to me. I have the reflector, but can’t make it stay on. I have to make another trip to Service King. I don’t have time for this. I would really like for just once to have things done right the first time.. I am very satisfied with the work and also the customer service that I received from Service King during this repair. It would have been nice to get a little more details on the repair work being done . For example it was said to be a 2 day repair the bumper and drivers side tail light. But during the breakdown the estimated time jumped to March the 9th with no details as to why. A title more info would let me know how to better prepare with the need of a rental car. But that being said I will for sure be using Service King again if needed and I will for sure refer people to Service King.

Fender is not placed back correctly causing a large gap between fender and hood, also seems to make the front bumper look misplace. I am sure it is a quick fix, so aside from that everything was good.
