You should double check if the phone you got from a customer is a mobile or not as texts were being sent to my landline.
Also, I would make sure customers know that the mobile number is not going to be shared or sold to other businesses. I hope that is the case.

My service advisor Stephen was very rude & nonchalant. I came into the shop to drop my car off and he walked right past me without saying a word, not even a “someone will be with you shortly.” I stood at the front for almost 20 minutes before I had to find someone to assist me. And you had two other advisors sitting at their desk who looked right at me and said nothing.
I would explain a situation with my car & it seemed as though he had better things in his mind while I was talking. I called to speak with him several times and never got a response. When I finally got the message that my car was ready (almost 24 hrs later), it was too late for me to pick it up, as the shop was closed. And because it was a holiday I had to keep the rental an extra 3 days which cost me $108.
Will I go back to Service King if I need work? Sure, but not the one in Euless.
