Brandan at service king on I 45 was polite but not throw. I had to ask him about the check from the insurance when he called me to pick up car ,he didn't know. The wrong light fixture was ordered which delayed picking up car before the storm. After pick up realized they had not replaced rubber seal on trunk. Now I have to take car back. I will have to make arrangements to have a car. Til this is fixed.

Communication from this shop was excellent , I was notified with a text message and a follow up phone call every step of the way . The estimated time of completion of my vehicle was reasonable and what was quoted was very accurate . Even when I had questions and called up there Jason was there to answer right away and if not in office called me back right away. Car repairs were done very professional and looks like nothing ever happened . Hopefully I never get in an accident again but if I do or someone I know does I will definitely be returning to this shop . Thank you all for your help through this process
