The paint used on the repair doesn't match my existing paint color. I left the car after seeing that it didn't match and they were supposedly going to try and match or do a better job blending the paint. Upon my return, I found it was the same as when I left it to be corrected. It will now cost me additional money to try and correct the color mistake.

The rep was supposed nice, but there were communication issues with Service King. I got an erroneous email telling me my car was ready when it was not. Then, I was told a part had to be ordered and it would take 7-10 days, but even after checking, I was never told when the part came in to have a heads up on my car being ready. I actually think this may be partly Audi's fault. However, I had no way of knowing when the car was ready- which impacted my decision-making on plans. The rep was moved to another store when I came to pick it up and I was surprised
