I was so pleased with my Service King experience! Besides everyone being so friendly and helpful, they did a fantastic job fixing my car. Josh Newberry was so nice, constantly giving me updates on the process, which ended up being fixed in a very timely matter. The quality of work they did on the back of my Yukon was incredible. I was very happy with the job done. I needed a rental car while my car was in the shop, and Chelsie, at the onsite Enterprise, was so friendly and did a fantastic job having a car comparable to my car ready to go for me. (In fact my kids didn't want me to return the rental because it was a 2015, and they liked it so much.)
I will definitely come to Service King again for the friendly and professional staff/work done. Thank you for making this a very smooth and pleasant experience.

I got home and noticed that the passenger door is now different from the repaired door. I looked closer and realized both doors had the same markings on them and we're both attempted to be broken into. Wish we could have caught that and had both done properly. Nothing Jose did incorrectly just we should have examined closer.

Would have liked to get a pick up time early on Friday (day it was suppose to be ready) -- rather than me calling twice beginning at 11am. Otherwise Jason did a very good job.
