The receptionist at SK completely turned me around! She was wonderful and professional. It was so refreshing to work with someone of her caliber. Sam was helpful & always polite and knowledgeable. Loved the text updates!!!

Just we were told from Enterprise that the rental would be $25 a day. When we came back we were charged $47 a day. That was double and they lied to us once we had no choice in getting the vehicle. He also said we could call to find out if they had anything else. I told him to call me, he said "No, for me to call him. They were wrong in lots of ways they did things. That was my main complaint.
