I was amazed by the level of customer service you gave me. Even if you did a mediocre job on my car, I would keep coming back, that's how impressed I was. I never felt rushed to pick up my car and was given a text at every step of the process. Kevin at the south Austin location was very knowledgeable about not only the work being done but also on any future work I had wanted done on my Hyundai. He was very courteous and remembered who I was every time I called in. the staff was very accomadating. We live out in the middle of no where and I was not able to come in person to the shop, but they managed to take care of me by email and phone. the absolute best customer service I've ever received from a company. period.
