Prior to the repair I had heard bad things about Service King. Erich and the staff were so professional I don't understand how those things could have even been said. A1 flaw less service and repair. Service King completely handled insurance claim to where I didn't have a single concern. While the accident was unfortunate I enjoyed the upgraded rental Enterprise provided to ensure my satisfaction in dealing with Service King.

Eric was very communicative and thorough, and did a few minir adjustments on a couple of items inside the car that were unrelated to the wirk i brought it in for. There was a fragrance sprayed in my vehicle that is giving me a headache. I don't think you should be spraying fragrances in cars without asking first, I have allergies to some fragrances that trigger headaches.
