I brought my new truck to Service King after an accident. I have never dealt with this type of situation before. The ladies up front were very helpful and able to answer all questions. My service advisor kept me up to date on all repairs. When I went to pick it up the service advisor noticed a tail light was out and immediately took the truck to get a new light in it. I was very pleased with my experience at Service King and hopefully I don't have to come back but if something happens I will come back!

I've never had to get my car repaired after a collision. They made it so stress and worry free! Keeping me updated the whole time with the texts updates. I was not expecting them to have vacuumed and washed my car, so that to me honestly exceeded expectations! If the time comes I will definitely go back!

The job required very complicated repairs and painting. There were painting, buffing and cleaning issues that are causing me to schedule another 3 or 4 day correction visit. James is an Excellent Service Advisor. He is top notch. I believe that the issues with my truck are ****'s and quality managers not paying attention to detail.
