Michael was the only person I dealt with and he was very knowledgable . He walked me through what was going on with my car and kept me in the loop. Super nice guy and he answered all the questions I had for him. I told him I needed his help since my husband works out of town. I told him to act like this car was his and to go over it with a fine tooth comb. If he would accept it then I would too. Great experience!
