Terrible communication thoughtout the whole process. No one would be straight forward about the status of my job. The anticipated completion date changed 3 times.

Ultimately, I was pleased with the quality of work, but communication during the process was lacking. While I did receive some rather non-specific email "updates" during the process, when it came to getting real questions answered, communication could have been much better.
