Besides the fact that the work you did was excellent, you continued to send me updates on the progress and expected completion date of the repairs needed on my car. That by itself was enough , but to pick my car up and drop it off at my work once repaired was beyond my highest expectations! To top it off, you returned the vehicle washed and with a thank you note and mints inside. I might expect this type service at a Ritz Carlton, but from a repair shop?
