I found the staff to be helpful and attentive to my questions and concerns. The gentlemen who works at the front desk was always very helpful and friendly. And if he was busy. Other staff would check to see if I have been helped or not. The text messaging on schedule was very nice to get. I would only say maybe a little detail as to why it may have been changed. The work on the vehicle looks very well done. Almost like it never happened. Keep up the good work.

I selected Herb's from the list that Farmers provided because I knew the name and family-owned reputation. While it took a little longer than anticipated, my car on delivery was spotless and in perfect condition. My agent Jesse worked with my insurance company so that there were no surprises. I know it's pretty standard but I do appreciate having the renal office on-site; and Enterprise is my go-to rental choice. Chris was great to work with, too.

They rescheduled my time to pick up four or five different times one time they didn't let me know ahead of time that it wasn't gonna be ready and I went up there on Friday.I received a text after I got home from checking on my car that it wasn't ready. I had to text to check on my car when it was supposed to be ready on Monday. I took my car in on June 2 and got back on June 22 . It was stressful because I had to work I have a husband who is in full-time care facility I have to take care of him and I are driving the car was in a custom too and it wasn't didn't have all the bells and whistles that my car had on it so it was not a comfortable car to drive.
