First class repairs/updates by Herb's Paint & Body which were completed in a very timely manner. Jeremey your CSR was excellent to work with. Alexi at the front desk was awesome. Gadi at your Enterprise car rental desk went above and beyond to get our requested rental vehicle. This was an overall pleasant repair experience. Took longer than the date I was promised. Car was there for a month. Didn't appreciate being told I would be given a call back after asking questions and then not receiving a call back. Didn't feel like my business was prioritized at all.
I am satisfied with the way my car came out and the job that was done to it. Just not happy with the Customer Service or amount of time taken.

He was able to put a temporary one in so I did t need to wait forever for my car back. He will follow up and replace that window when it eventually comes in. Very pleased with the service.
