Asked for a estimate for work on driver side so that it could be done same time as work on passenger side did not receive quote till I picked up car. I was told I would be called with estimate. This means I would have to schedule time to bring it back. Not what I expected.
The explanation I received was that they had 25 cars they were working on. That Tells me your staff was too busy to take care of me
