I couldn’t have imagined the care and amazing work they did on my Dodge. They kept me updated every step of the way With text messages. I was ultimately surprised when I got there to pick up my SUV and it had been washed! Hopefully I will never have to use them again but if I do Kendrick’s will be the one and only place I go! They helped by taking a huge stressful situation and turning it into a situation that I knew was going to be alright.
Another bright spot was that I didnt have to worry about getting the rental care back to Enterprise. When I got to Kendrick’s and picked up my Dodge Enterprise was there to take my rental car back for me. And as a mother that had a car full of kids that was super helpful.
I just want to say Thank you to everyone that had anything to do with my Dodge! You are great people and number **** in my book.

The customer service agent was not very knowledgeable about status of car. The repair shop took over 30 days for a 8 day repair
