Your internal communication is not good, considering I have not yet picked up my vehicle. When I called on Tuesday may 30 I was told my vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday. That's fine, but don't send me a survey asking about my experience until after I pick up my vehicle! Also, when I called Jason's number that was provided to me in a text message, I reached a lady who got snitty with me when I asked for Jason. She explained in an irritated tone that Kendrick has eight different locations and she didn't know which location I wanted. I told her broad street and she said let me give you that number. She then hesitated and decided she could transfer me. Again, not super terrible experience but also definitely not outstanding.

My vehicle had to come back because it is making a noise around the left front of the SUV. My SUV was detailed before my accident and the inside had grease on the seats, ink mark on the middle console and dirty hand marks on the passenger's door. Not happy.
