Excellent quality job
My only constructive criticism is that a personal call update by advisor is still better than computer updates. I found that these updates were a day or two behind and rather perfunctory. I got answers some times quicker by calling insurance company than you did.
On the other hand, you coomunication with insurers at end was very good.

I brought my car in for repairs on Thursday,
August 31st. The estimate was $****,300, and
the car was to be ready on Tues, Sept 5th.
At 4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept 1st I received a
text that changed the estimate to $3,600,
and the delivery date to Friday, Sept 8th.
No explanation, no phone call, no heads
up, no customer service. The situation was
very disappointing.

I went to an auto body repair shop before classic collision to get an estimate. Not only did they say the repair would be done within 4-5 days, they also quoted me for repairs on the back bumper. When I came to classic collision, Carlos took some cleaner and took off the paint scrape damage on my back bumper for free. My car was also fixed within 48 hours! Thank you so much.
