Grant was very thorough with walking me through my repair estimate as well accommodating to any questions or requests I had. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. Jeff was helpful as well. He assisted me when I picked up my car. I was impressed with the repair and my expectations were exceeded. They truly went above and beyond. I'm am very satisfied.

However, I am very disappointed by the lack of attention to call back, accurate informing of status, late delivery, etc. I know your people are very busy and have a full schedule, however, they need to listen, give accurate info and the entire team needs to avoid trying to give excuses.
