As discussed with the Representative there were signs of (orange peel) in the quarter panel which was painted. I will monitor to see if it dissolves upon curing. I was told the repairs would take 2 ****/2 days no more than 3 days, I dropped the vehicle off on Monday ****/16/2017 and picked up the vehicle on ****/23/2017. Accuracy in forecasting is very important to me because I have to make plans to pickup the vehicle, that wasn't done in this case.

Final job is good though extra work was need after car was returned to me.
The time estimate was terrible. I was told est ****/13 then ****/16 or 17, then ****/19 and finally ready on ****/20. Told would be ready by 3:00 ****/20 when I got car at 4:00, after waiting an hour, more work was needed to be done. Very frustrating!
I get that delays and unexpected things happen but I should never have been promised the car as early as I was, then multiple times after. communication was only when I pushed for updates. I asked to speak to manager, Russell, left 2 messages and never received a call back. I hope I don't need repairs again. If I do I Dont think I would try CC again.
