Dana in customer service was my point of contact during my repair service and did good intitally. The technician working on my car did a poor job in restoring it to its original condition. I made serveral trips to the repair shop and spoke with the manager and production manager to re-do the car that wasn't repaired to my satisfaction. Unfortunately , due to the poor work on the vehicle I couldn't say I was satisfied with the repair .

Avery Hodge was terrific with all aspects of the process and the speed with which the repair was done was simply outstanding. The only hiccup was the confusion displayed by the person answering the phone and working the front desk...initially scheduling me to come in for the repair and when I called to confirm she said I should not have been scheduled yet, since we did not pay for the part to come in and wondered who scheduled me when it was her.
