Your service stinks! I picked up my car last Thursday and I am still getting texts about my car being ready to pick up! Danny needs to be taught some customer service skills! When I dropped my car off I was asked how often I wanted to be communicated with. I stated once per day. In my first call with Danny he quickly told me I would get calls at his convenience when he felt I needed an update. In my further calls to check on the status of my car I felt as though my calls were a bother to him! When I picked up my car I waited almost 25 min to check out while I witnessed the most awkward exchange between the receptionist , Danny and a guy picking up a couple of totaled cars. They bickered back and forth about cost and listening to each other! Not something a customer should have to witness! I have had several other cars fixed at this location. I am not sure if there has been change in ownership but I won't be back!

At first I had doubts that a plastic bumper could be repaired to my satisfaction but after Ed told me a replacement OEM bumper would be shipped pre-painted from Germany I was pleased!

I am not at all please with the work done to my bumper. The work does not look professionally done at all, and my Lexus dealer contact agrees. As highly recommended as Classic Collision came, we were both extremely disappointed.

Although the work was done, the car on the inside came back so dusty and dirty. That is not the way I carry my car and it was hard to breath in being that I'm asthmatic. The repair was done nicely, The car was washed, however, the entire car came back with white dust on the wheel, the navigation screen, everywhere!! Just don't do that again ok!
