I was able to get my problem solved and my car looks great! However, I was disappointed that I was made to feel by the assistant manager like I was the one responsible for the color spots on my car that I asked to have removed when I brought my car back. When I picked my car up, I notice minimal spots on the front bumper of my car and tried to wipe it off. However, they didn't come off so I figured when I got home it would come off with soap and water but it didn't. As a result, I called the shop in the am as soon as they opened and expressed my concern. Nevertheless, when its all said and done I've had a car fixed here before and was satisfied both times I've brought my car to this shop and would do it again! No need to contact me. I left happy.

Cornelius deserves a lot of credit for taking over my job and pushing it through in a week. The craftsmanship is fine. I'd either fix or throw out the email update system as it spits out inaccurate information about job completion and it seems everyone at CC knows it. In my case, the work on my car was to take a week (and it did)' but I received emails every day stating it would take 4-5 additional days. Give some local control over what is communicated to you customers or trash a really bad system that does little but create anxiety for all concerned.
