The work done on my Volvo is totally unacceptable. Very sloppy and not professional service. Totally dissatisfied both with the service and the way your staff treat the customer. I would not take my car back to Classic Collision or recommend them to other customers. My car is still with them for further repair.

I was really happy with my experience. The gentleman that I worked directly with was wonderful, I can't think of his name at the moment, and provided excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted at drop off and pick up, and provided all the information about warranties ect. He also made sure that I had my garage door opener that I foegot in the rental car. Above all else my car looks great!!!
