The automated line was disconcerting as it said it would be complete 5/4, when it was promised for 5/2. So make the automated line be acurate.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. Very professional and helpful. I was recently involved in a car accident. So you can imagine the type of stress and overwhelming feelings I had. I felt so welcomed from start to finish the customer service I received was wonderful. They took all my worries away and I knew my car was in good hands. They updated me by text about the status of car and stayed on schedule. They took care of my rental for me so All I had to do was inspect my car and drive away. No trouble at all it was that simple. My car looks amazing and honestly looks brand new. They had it detailed for me upon picking it up. Thank you all for turning the most stressful and horrific situation, into an easy going process.
