The customer service provided was great. The greeting from the onset of business was quite refreshing. The representative assured me that the color and paint would be professionally done without any notice of ever having an accident. Needless to say, he was true to his words. The rental car that was provided was comfortable to my height and size, and I was quite appreciative. I will give their service an A.

I received four different delivery times for my car. I did not get my calls returned. The only way I knew it was ready I had to call the insurance adjuster to find out if it was ready. Then when I went to pick it up it took two hours. It had to be washed and still had some issues with the truck. Very poor experience
