I requested repair to my door but it wasn't completed. As well, I would've appreciated my assigned tech reviewing the repairs made with me upon completion and pickup. Instead, my car was just brought to me with no recap or interaction with the service tech as to what was completed.

Mike M did a great job, and I was impressed with the quality and length of time it took to complete my service. Mike called every couple days to update me on the status of my car, which I thoroughly appreciated. The entire staff at classic collision was welcoming and helpful, and I would definitely recommend classic collision to others.

When my wife left the rental car provided by enterprise at Collision she had requested that the car be inspected prior to her leaving. She was told there was no need and she left feeling satisfied with the work and service. 2 ****/2 hours latter she receives a threatening call from Enterprise that there was damage to the car and a demand for insurance information was insisted or she would be billed. The matter is under investigation however this has left a sour taste of professionalism. If it were simply an employee of Enterprise we would state other wise however the rental was release to one of your employee.
