The only thing I would change is that I never got a copy of my estimate before repairs began on my vehicle. I got a call from insurance adjuster that night letting me know repairs were below my deductible, but I never got a call from the shop informing me of what the repairs were going to be on my vehicle or when they would be completed. It would have been nice to see a copy of my estimate before repairs began.

Jamie worked with me on my time constraint to get my car back to beautiful, even when the parts did not come in on time. He was very respectful of the time element and I always felt that we were a team. Tamela (I have probably spelled this dear gal's name wrong) kept me informed every step of the way and was very cordial and supportive. The in-take gal was incredible at handling lots of people and situations at the same time....also very impressive at remember her clients. Other than the small issue of a loose molding strip that needed to be addressed at pick-up, I was very pleased with the work and the good feeling about using Classic.

Customer service and,as far as I can tell, the work done on the car were great! Only complaint would be that we brought the car in on a Friday and were told it would probably be done by Wednesday; wasn't done until late Friday;
