Moving forward, please don’t tell someone their car is ready until it actually is. At least twice you told me to pick it up when the repairs were ongoing. I don’t understand that.

Mike Jordan probably cannot jump from the free throw line and dunk a basketball, but He is an awesome customer service consultant. My car looks brand new and He delivered it sooner than expected!
