This was just about as positive an experience for getting a car repaired as it can get. From the the moment I met with Grant to drop my car off to the moment I picked up my beautifully repaired car, I really appreciated the daily e-mails and the few phone calls to let me know the status. Classic Collision really inderstands that having your car damaged is bad enough; so it seems they do everything to make the process easier! Alejandro was extremely thorough in explaining the repair process. His customer service was superb. I had an issue with Hertz car rental and Alejandro went above my expectations and contacted the company to resolve the issue on my behalf. Alejandro promised constant updates on certain days of the week and he kept his promise faithfully. I also really appreciated the Repair Technician coming out to ensure my car was ok & that I was satisfied with the repair on pick up day.

Misty Glass was great! The car looks good. My complaint is the smell of chemicals inside the car was so strong it gives me a headache every time I drive it.
