I was pleasantly surprised with the dedication
taken to ensure that I would be satisfied with the service given. Not only was I notified of the progress on my vehicle, I was also called as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up the young lady who greeted me was so pleasant that I felt as if I had known her for years. That was the only surprise. My vehicle not only looked better than it did before the accident, they also took the time to wash the car, shine the tires and clean and vacuum the inside. If I know of anyone needing collision service I will definately refer them the Classic Collision. Thank you so much to the Classic Collision team.

One thing.....when I got in my car, the front driver seat was pushed all the way back and lowered, so that I had to spend a few minutes trying to figure out how to get my seat set back to the way it works for me.
It would be nice if your porters or whoever would simply leave the seats alone. There was no need to adjust the seat!
