This was first class service. Repairs done in a timely manner, drop off was amazing, paperwork, rental car everything done without having to ask. Very professional greatest service one can give. I would recommend everyone I know. Great place, great work and great people. My car looks brand new

CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK. Woman at the front desk (Jody? NOT the lady with the really short hair) was really rude. Your hours and pick-up policies are ridiculous- how am I supposed to pick up my car when I work during the entirety of your business hours? Super inflexible. I even made several suggestion on when I could get my car (all of which meant changing MY schedule and missing work) and I was told “yeah that’s out of the question.” No one was willing to work with me on scheduling.

The paint job was not well done, I had to ask for additional cleaning/buffing prior to leaving the shop with my car. There was a major damage to the windshield that your shop did not take responsibility for, causing me severe stress. The job was NOT completed, the check engine lights were on. The tires pressure were not checked or balanced and I had to go pump up the tires when I drove off your shop. Crystal was very nice, but the results were a night mare. I will be reporting you to the better business bureau.
