I let Garrett know in detail why I am upset. The GM waa not on site for me to speak with or i would have relayed my displeasure as well. Someone can call me to discuss.
However I will say, when it was "visually inspected" with the assumption of a cash job, Service Kings commitment was to their P&L. When we decided to go through insurance bc the family that hit me couldn't pay that price, Service Kings commitment switched to how can we ensure State Farm pays as little as possible. Me (the customer) is over here waving my hands in the air saying what just happened and why didn't anyone call me to tell me what they where doing to fix my sub. I feel it was a very unethical business practice and I will tell my friends and family and anyone else who asks what happened and not to trust Service King.
Remember, I had no skin in the game...no money out of my pocket. But if the lady who hit me knew it was only going to be 800 to repaint a bumper she could have paid for it!! She wouldn't have an at-fault collision on her record, her insurance wouldn't have gone up and we probably could have done it quicker and cheaper somewhere else. Hence why I am questioning your business practice!

This is our second time going to service king. The reason we returned was because we had a great experience. When we returned I asked to deal with Phillip Levenson. He help us both times and if we ever need to go to a shop. We'll definitely return and ask for Phillip to help us. Everyone in general at service king is friendly.
