Miscommunication on documentation because of the layout of the documents. I asked for a quote for paint and he got one for me, my truck was in the shop due to a fender bender and the roof of my truck needed paint, so I asked for this to be done also. But on the quote the "totals" says "customer pay= $0"
"insurance pay = $xxxx" so it was very miss leading on what I was paying. I was expecting to pay my deductible and that quote was tacked on also. I advise that you have 2 different documentations one for insurance quotes as another for out of pocket quotes so another customer doesn't go through what I went through.
